thrill seekers prepare for takeoff! Mission: SPACE, most exciting attraction at Disney, take cadets to the depths of space. Located in Future World, Mission: SPACE uses the same technology used by NASA to train its astronauts. The result is a chilling departure and a spectacular journey through space that will surely leave visitors wanting to repeat the experience.
With Disney's FASTPASS available in Soarin ', Mission: SPACE, Test Track, Living with the Land, Maelstrom and "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience," kids and their parents can reduce waiting time and more enjoyment time in the park - all at no additional charge.
The Future came
Future World takes guests to new heights with more passports to excitement:
- Spaceship Earth (Spaceship Earth) is the center of Future World. The dramatic scenes in this attraction depicting life in the Global Neighborhood (Global Village) 21 century. Narrated by actor Jeremy Irons and an impressive musical score, visitors experience a journey through time from the beginning of history until the electronic age.
- Soarin ' takes visitors on a thrilling aerial tour of California with spectacular aerial views and an incredible sense of outdoor flight. Using stunning cinematic arts and movement technology developed by Walt Disney Imagineering, this experience is enhanced by cool breezes that caress your face and smells of orange groves and pine trees.
- Mission: SPACE (Mission: SPACE), the newest attraction at Epcot, is scheduled to launch in the summer of 2003, offering visitors an unparalleled adventure that simulates a flight into space - from a beating off to the feeling of having no weight in outer space.
- Test Track presented by General Motors , invites visitors to wear a seat belt and embark on the longest and fastest attraction in the history of United Rentals.
- Universe of Energy (Universe of Energy) submitted by ExxonMobil, presents "Ellen's Energy Adventure" with Ellen DeGeneres, Jamie Lee Curtis and Bill Nye the Science Guy (The type of Science). DeGeneres plays a woman who dreams of participating in the popular game show "Jeopardy!" Throughout the World Showcase Lagoon (Laguna World Exhibition), 11 nations display authentic items, typical meals, shows, entertainment and architecture representing their cultures. World Showcase ambassadors come from all over the world representing their land. As part of the show, holidays and celebrations are commemorated by the ambassadors in the same way they would be held "in their home countries," allowing Epcot guests to participate in these international celebrations. Even plants and floral designs change as visitors move from country to country in this display of 2.1 kilometers long.

- The flag of Mexico presents "Fiesta! A Celebration of West Mexican Sculpture Ceremonial "(A Celebration Ceremonial Sculpture of Western Mexico) displaying pre-Columbian pieces provided by the Fowler Museum of Cultural History at the University of California, Los Angeles.
- The flag of Norway Stave Church Gallery presents "Heritage Through Design", which explores the little wooden churches remaining in Norway.
- Japan presents "Tin Toy Stories" (Brass Toy Story), with more than 350 brass toys on loan from a private collection.
- Gallery of Art and History in Morocco showcases jewelry, household objects and musical instruments.
world-class restaurants at Epcot
The World Showcase restaurants offer authentic cuisines from around the world, from traditional Italian restaurant L'Originale Alfredo di Roma in the flag of Italy, until the chicken couscous at Restaurant Marrakesh in Morocco. Visitors can make reservations on nearly two dozen restaurants through Epcot Guest Relations (Epcot Information Center), or the individual restaurant.
In Future World, restaurants offering cuisine from various regions of the Americas from pizza to fresh seafood. All Epcot restaurants have a menu for children and, with notice, can prepare meals for special needs diets.
