As Mississippi native was born into a family of Greek restaurateurs, Cora grew up immersed in two cultures and tasty, taking the unique experience of cooking know-how handed down through generations. The kitchen in Kouzzina (Greek for "kitchen" and is pronounced "koo-zee-nah") is a showcase of Mediterranean cuisine and philosophy to create Cora kitchen, simple yet sensational meals.
Cora says the new restaurant will offer "recipes handed down from my ancestors and my favorite dishes of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine that my family loves."
She began working with Disney in 2008 by creating a series of Disney videos to show the way to help families develop healthy eating habits.
